A shared GTM brain
One canonical way to score, qualify and message Ocean’s ICP—so six AEs and leadership don’t each rebuild the same skill in their own Claude.
A 90-day forward-deployed launch that turns buying signals, events and existing contacts into consistent, rep-ready pipeline—run from the Slack channels your team already works in.
Ocean came out of stealth in May and already runs 20–30 events a quarter, draws around 6,000 website visitors a month, and operates as one of the most AI-forward teams in its category. With six AEs, limited BDR support from an external third party, and a growing event roster, the time is now to build an agentic pipeline generation engine that maximizes returns from the GTM investments you’re already making.
Rather than bolt-on point solutions for identifying website visitors, enrichment and automating executive outreach, Swan provides the GTM infrastructure to power all of that and more: one shared context layer, agents that work across your existing stack, and a system that compounds as your team uses it.
Swan helps 300+ teams deploy custom AI agents that improve conversion at every stage of the funnel. The foundation is a GTM brain—a shared context layer for your ICP, personas, messaging, and playbooks—that plugs into your systems of record. On top, agents carry out work across your existing tech stack, either autonomously or with humans in the loop, to power outbound, inbound, ABM, event motions, and more.
The capability set is broad, but the starting point is intentionally narrow: act on buying signals, make every event count and reopen past conversations. Start with signal-based outreach, the events motion and stale-lead re-engagement, with research, outreach and approvals happening in shared Slack channels—so the CEO, head of sales and every AE can act on the same context, in the open.
One canonical way to score, qualify and message Ocean’s ICP—so six AEs and leadership don’t each rebuild the same skill in their own Claude.
Built-in waterfall enrichment and research tier event lists and existing contacts, so reps get data they trust instead of noisy alerts.
Orchestrate light-touch sequences from the CEO, head of sales or the account’s AE, across LinkedIn and email, with human approval where it matters.
Alerts, drafts and approvals land in public channels, matching Ocean’s no-DM culture and keeping every play visible and reviewable.
Hands-on deployment that turns your GTM priorities into working sales motions. Swan and our deployment partner connect the systems, define the operating rules, build and test the workflows, then tune them with your team on real accounts.
Under our recommended option two, Swan and our deployment partner build signal-based outreach and the events motion end to end. Ocean leads the third build, stale-lead re-engagement, with our close support on design, configuration, testing and refinement.
Turn agreed buying signals into prioritized accounts, relevant research and outreach in the right sender’s voice. Reps review drafts in the shared Slack channel; nothing sends without Ocean’s approval.
Connect pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up in one motion. Qualify the event list, prepare contextual sequences, route to the right owner and track meetings, opportunities and pipeline.
Ocean builds with our guidance: tier past leads and stalled opportunities using AI scoring, account history and fresh context—not identical messaging. We support configuration, testing and review so your team can own and extend the workflow.
Swan’s pricing has three components: a platform fee for access to the GTM brain and agent platform, a committed volume of credits that pays for the work Swan does, and deployment through AIxGTM enablement to ensure rapid time to value.

| What’s included | One full build. Support for the second. We build signal-based outreach end to end. Ocean builds the events motion with our support. Stale-lead re-engagement follows in a later phase. | Two full builds. Support for the third. We build signal-based outreach and the events motion end to end. We enable Ocean to build stale-lead re-engagement with guided configuration, testing and review. | All three built for you. We build signal-based outreach, the events motion and stale-lead re-engagement during the initial 90 days. Ocean provides access, context and approvals, without taking on a separate workflow build. Fastest time-to-value path, with all three full builds owned by our delivery team. |
The pilot fee covers the first 90 days and is 30% of option two’s $22,404.00 total contract value.
The remaining 70% comes due on day 91. The pilot payment is part of the total contract value, not an additional fee.
The first workflows establish Ocean’s GTM brain and a repeatable way to deploy agents. From there, the team can move from AI-adjacent to autonomous across more revenue motions, choosing the next workflow based on priorities and observed value.
Elastic Path’s reps moved through seven tools and 14 manual steps before sending outreach. Swan brought account history, product knowledge and fresh intent into one GTM brain, with research and drafts ready for review in Slack. A closed-lost campaign that had previously produced no pipeline went on to generate pipeline and closed-won business with Swan. Marketing, sales and customer success now work from the same context—a relevant model for Ocean’s signal-based outreach and stale-lead re-engagement.

Confirm option two, the first signal sources, next event, stale-lead cohort and access owners. Align on the shared Slack channel, reviewers and security sign-off, then lock the launch scope so the forward-deployed team can build the first two motions and enable Ocean on the third.
